Terms of Use

1. User account

Some Untrack features require an account. You must provide a valid email address or sign in with Apple ID. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

2. Service character and ride safety

Untrack helps plan cycling routes and record rides. Routes are generated automatically and may contain errors, including unavailable roads or outdated road data. You use the app at your own risk: always follow traffic laws, assess route conditions and ride within your skills. Untrack is not liable for accidents, damages or losses resulting from generated routes or data shown in the app.

3. Untrack Pro subscription

Untrack Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription. The subscription title is Untrack Pro, available as a monthly or annual plan. The current price is shown in the app before purchase and is charged in the currency used by your App Store or Google Play account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• The next period is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can cancel in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused trial portion is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription.
• Refunds are handled under App Store or Google Play policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Pro features

Pro may unlock additional route generation, extra variants, GPX export, training-oriented features, Rider DNA, saved route tools and priority support. The scope of Pro features may evolve; we will inform you about material changes.

5. User content

You remain the owner of routes, ratings, comments and other content you add to the app. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content only to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The app, code, trademarks, logos, visual designs and content, except user content, belong to the Untrack team or our licensors. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app according to these Terms.

7. Prohibited use

• Do not bypass security measures or Free plan limits.
• Do not scrape, decompile or modify the app.
• Do not use the app for unlawful activity.
• Do not abuse the API or overload the infrastructure.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service in case of a serious breach of these Terms. You can delete your account in the app settings. Account deletion ends these Terms for you and permanently deletes your data according to the Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in App Store or Google Play.

9. Disclaimer and governing law

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation and fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email in advance where required. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means acceptance of the updated Terms.
